These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of helDit, a revenue recovery service operated by Dream Hives Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "helDit"). By subscribing to or using helDit, you agree to these Terms.

Plain summary: helDit costs ₹1,999/month, all inclusive. You can cancel anytime by emailing help@heldit.in. No refunds on completed billing periods. We provide the service in good faith — we're not liable if a third-party platform (WhatsApp, Google, Exotel) has downtime.

1. The Service

helDit is a subscription-based service that helps Indian SMBs recover revenue lost to unanswered customer enquiries. The Service includes:

2. Eligibility

helDit is available to businesses registered or operating in India. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into contracts on behalf of your business. By subscribing, you confirm that you have the authority to connect your business's WhatsApp number to helDit.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details. By providing payment details, you authorise Dream Hives Pvt Ltd to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment remains unsuccessful after two attempts, your account will be suspended until payment is received.

A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued automatically each month and emailed to your registered email address.

helDit does not offer refunds for completed billing periods. If you experience a service failure caused directly by helDit (not by a third-party platform), contact us at help@heldit.in and we will assess the situation fairly. We may issue a pro-rated credit at our discretion.

7. WhatsApp and Meta Platform Requirements

helDit operates on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of helDit is also subject to:

You agree not to use helDit to send spam, misleading content, or messages that violate Meta's policies. We reserve the right to suspend your account if your usage violates Meta's platform rules, as such violations could result in helDit's access to the WhatsApp Cloud API being restricted.

You are responsible for ensuring that your customers have the option to opt out of automated messages. helDit automatically processes opt-out requests (STOP replies) within 24 hours.

We target 99% uptime for the helDit Service. However, we are dependent on third-party platforms including WhatsApp (Meta), Exotel, and Google. We are not liable for downtime caused by these platforms.

Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We will not perform maintenance during Indian business hours (9am–9pm IST) without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

helDit, the helDit logo, and all associated materials are owned by Dream Hives Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from helDit's branding or technology without written permission.

You retain ownership of your business data and customer data. By using helDit, you grant Dream Hives Pvt Ltd a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

helDit is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Dream Hives Pvt Ltd is not liable for:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of helDit will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dibrugarh, Assam, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution by email negotiation for a period of 30 days.
